High Protein Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • DSC_0225.jpg1 eggs (raw pasteurized)
  • 1/4 cups milk (+ more if thinner smoothie is desired)
  • 1/2 tablespoons honey (or 1/2 teaspoon artificial sweetener)
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy
