– 50g Instant Oats
– 2 Tablespoons cashew butter
– 1 Teaspoon coconut oil
– 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs (or dark chocolate chips if you prefer)
Add Whey Protein, oats, coconut oil and cashew butter into a blender.
Blend until a dough ball has formed.
Remove from the blender and press flat, then sprinkle Cacao Nibs over the top.
Break of pieces and roll into balls, topping them with more Cacao Nibs (optional – add additional macros)
