Protein Cookie Dough Bites

Healthy Cookie Dough Bites are ideal for popping in your gym bag for a post-workout snack!


Calories: 114       Protein: 5g       Fat: 5g       Carbs: 11g       Sugar: 0.3g


– 50g Instant Oats

– 25g Impact Whey Protein – Vanilla flavor

– 2 Tablespoons cashew butter

– 1 Teaspoon coconut oil

– 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs (or dark chocolate chips if you prefer)


Step 1.

Add Whey Protein, oats, coconut oil and cashew butter into a blender.

Step 2.

Blend until a dough ball has formed.

Step 3.

Remove from the blender and press flat, then sprinkle Cacao Nibs over the top.

Step 4

Break of pieces and roll into balls, topping them with more Cacao Nibs (optional – add additional macros)
