Treadmills can be boring so I like going in with some sick jam jams (tunes not pjs) and a plan. The lunges at the end are the killer, promise you’ll be feeling it.
Your dressage trainer will notice too specially when your legs become absolute jello half way through the lesson if done in the same day… until they don’t and thats when you know you’ve gotten stronger. And that’s badass. It’s amazing what we can train our bodies to do just after a couple wobbly lessons.
